When can I return to sports after ACL surgery?
The main question many people have when they are scheduled for ACL surgery is “When can I return to sports after ACL surgery?”
The answer is…
It varies.
It really depends on what sport you are wanting to get back to. How much rehab and physical therapy you . How fast your body heals. And most importantly, how quickly you are mentally ready to return.

Is ACL Surgery Recovery Hard?
ACL surgery recovery varies from person to person. No two people recover in exactly the same way or in the same amount of time.
Some people will say it’s very hard and others will say it isn’t that hard at all. For me, recovery was hard work, but it always felt good to be working toward recovery.
What I mean by that is yes, recovery was a lot of hard work… but when you finish your exercises for the day, you really feel good about it. Your body might be tired, Read more…
The Day After ACL Surgery
Another question I hear all the time is “What is the Day after ACL Surgery like?”
I honestly think the first day after acl surgery varies a lot from person to person.

Welcome to Hiddenville.com
I would like to welcome you to my personal website – Hiddenville.com
This is the first overhaul of this website since I started it in January of 2000. It was created to host my ACL diary and experiences I went through when I had ACL Reconstruction Surgery after tearing my ACL.
I felt lucky to find a few other ACL diaries on the internet that helped me through my surgery and recovery. It helped to know that there were others out there and see what they went through.
So I decided to put my personal ACL Diary online for everyone to read.
I hope someone out there gets some use out of it.
