Welcome to Hiddenville.com
I would like to welcome you to my personal website – Hiddenville.com
This is the first overhaul of this website since I started it in January of 2000. It was created to host my ACL diary and experiences I went through when I had ACL Reconstruction Surgery after tearing my ACL.
I felt lucky to find a few other ACL diaries on the internet that helped me through my surgery and recovery. It helped to know that there were others out there and see what they went through.
So I decided to put my personal ACL Diary online for everyone to read.
I hope someone out there gets some use out of it.

I had ACL replacement about 18 months ago, but continue to have swelling (without pain) in the affected leg, ankle and foot. Is this normal?
It can be if it isn’t massive swelling. A small amount of swelling can be present from time to time. I would go have the doc check it out though. That never hurts.
Just acl surgery 4 days ago, the pain is now getting lower my question, does your foot on the surgery side fall asleep?
It can, but it should not fall asleep all the time. Is it still feeling that way?
